Common Dental Emergencies
You may need urgent care if you’re experiencing:
- Severe or persistent tooth pain
- A broken or chipped tooth
- Swelling in your mouth or face
- Bleeding from the mouth
- A loose or knocked-out tooth
- A hit or injury to the face or mouth
- Unusual bumps or swelling on the gums
Tooth pain is often a sign of infection, decay, or an exposed root. If the pain lasts, keeps coming back, or makes it hard to chew or swallow, it’s best to have it checked.
