We recommend that the veneer wearer avoid biting fingernails or using their teeth to open hair pins or similar products. Home cleaning and regular dental visits keep them shiny and nice.

Another option might be Lumineers. They are somewhat thinner than porcelain veneers and are generally applied without drilling or freezing.
